Check-in and Check-out questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00, and check out is until 11:00.

Is online check-in possible?

You can check-in online through our self-service portal. You will receive an email to guide you through the process. Online check-in will save you time so you won’t have to wait at the reception desk.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in early however this is subject to availability. Please contact the reception in advance.

Is it possible to check-out late?

Late check out can be subject to availability, please consult it with the reception. There are charges applicable – check out until 13:00 costs 20 EUR, check-out until 15:00 costs 30 EUR.

WiFi access?

You can find the password at the reception.

I will be arriving late in the evening at the hotel. Can I still check-in?

Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of reception hours. Late check-in is not a problem.

Where can we park our car?

There are 5 parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. Parking is also possible in a secured underground garage for a fee of 15 eur/24 hours. We do not reserve parking spaces.The underground garage is closed between 23:30 and 5:30. If you wish to arrive or leave outside these hours, please let us know. Please note that parking on the street is not allowed! You can expect to be fined.

What type of breakfast does the hotel offer and what time is it served?

The hotel offers an English breakfast in the form of a buffet. It is served from 7am to 10am during the week and from 8am to 11am during the weekend.

Can I order breakfast additionally if it is not included in the room rate?

You can request to add breakfast through the self-service portal or during check-in. The price is 10 EUR per person/night and 5 EUR per child under 13 years/night.

Reservation questions

Why do you need my credit card details?

Your credit card details are only required as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don’t arrive or cancel too late. We will never charge your credit card. You will pay for your stay at the hotel.

Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?

Whether a payment in advance is required depends on the room rate that you have booked. Non-refundable reservations need to be paid in advance. Otherwise you will pay for your stay on the day of your arrival.

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used to guarantee the reservation?

Yes, you can pay with a different credit card or in cash.

How much is the city tax and is it included in the price?

City tax costs 1.70eur per person/night and it is paid upon arrival.

Can I pay for the room in advance?

You can pay the full price of accommodation in advance via our self-service portal .

Can I get a company invoice?

Yes, we can issue an invoice to your company. You can also add billing details in advance through the self-service portal.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy varies depending on your chosen rate. Non-refundable reservations are not subject to refunds. A reservation can be canceled no later than 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival are subject to 100% charge.

Can I request an extra bed and how much does it cost?

One child under 13 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 22 EUR per night for an extra bed.The maximum number of extra beds in a room is one.

Is it possible to add a crib in the bedroom?

Yes, upon request this service is offered free of charge.

Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?

Pets are allowed for a charge of 15 EUR per night.

Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?

Yes, we have one room specially available for people with disabilities.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

The hotel is strictly non-smoking, however you can smoke in the outdoor areas.

Questions about hotel facilitiess

What types of rooms do you offer?

Single room – each room also has a small balcony

Double room – most of our double rooms have twin beds, a few of them have double beds, most of them have a balcony

Deluxe double room with a terrace – for those who want more space in the rooms as well as on the terrace, these rooms are available to book only on our website, via email or via phone call

Studio with balcony and kitchenette – double rooms equipped with a kitchenette, these rooms are available to book only on our website, via email or via phone call

Junior suite – a small suite with a smaller separate room, suitable as a family room

Suite Charlotte – a double room with two bathrooms a spacious living room

Family apartment with terrace – a two room suite with a kitchenette that can accommodate up to 4 people

Is there a minibar in the room?

There is a minibar present in each room. The prices for each item are listed on a paper. Please do not forget to inform the reception at check out about consumed items.

Do the rooms have a safe?

Each room is equipped with a safe.

Is there a workspace in the bedrooms?

All rooms have a work desk.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

All rooms have air conditioning.

Electricity in my room does not work.

You need to place the hotel card in a wall slot in order for electricity to work.

Hair dryer in my room does not work

Make sure that you use the electric outlet on the wall

Is there an electric kettle in the room?

Only certain room types are equipped with an electric kettle and a selection of tea and coffee, make sure to reserve one of our apartments, deluxe rooms or studios.

Is there an extra blanket in the rooms?

Yes, you can find a blanket in the wardrobe. There you will also find a laundry bag, a sewing kit and a shoe cleaning cloth.

How far is the city center?

The city center is 15 minutes by public transport and about 10 minutes by car.

How do I get to the city center by public transport?

The Česká tram stop provides a connection to the city center in about 15 minutes.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

Outside of the opening hours of the hotel restaurant you can visit some of the many nearby restaurants and cafes, the nearest being NTC Stage restaurant and Brick Beer & Restaurant.
